Dementia Care
24-HOUR BOUTIQUE DEMENTIA CARE FACILITY
forget me not – Dementia Care Home

House Forget Me Not was established in 2021 with a clear intention: to provide a small, structured and dignified environment for older adults living with Alzheimer’s disease and related cognitive conditions.
Our home is intentionally limited in size to create predictability, reduce overstimulation and allow meaningful, individual attention. Routine, familiarity and compassionate supervision form the foundation of daily life.
Rather than institutional care, we prioritise a steady rhythm of the day, personal identity and respectful interaction. Families remain an important part of the care journey, and we encourage continued involvement within a safe and supportive structure.
